Access to the trail app requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• Use pedestrian crossings, where provided.
• Keep to the pavements, proceed with caution and consider other pedestrians and vehicles when using public spaces.
• Access to featured properties is prohibited, unless they are a publicly accessible space i.e. a commercial business.
• Cross all roads when only safe to do so.
• Please note that once the App has been downloaded onto your device, it is your responsibility, whilst following the Trail, to ensure the safety of all members of your party, including yourself.
• Use of the App is solely at the risk of all users and Gulgong Holtermann Museum Inc. cannot be responsible for any injury, suffering or loss incurred as a result of such use.
